The BELove app creates a connected community experience through breath. It reminds you to pause and breathe, a one-minute meditation of loving intention, at the top of every hour. Then see your friends breathing with you! Experience JOJI - the Joy Of Joining In!

LISTEN
The unique 528Hz tone—resonating to the frequency of love—chimes on the hour with a notification, then guides you through one minute of intentional breathing.The tone was created specifically for the BELove app. By prompting users to find a moment of calming presence throughout their day, the tone re-tunes our nervous system for more ease and loving awareness.

BREATHE
After tapping your notification you are encouraged to breathe with the Morpho Butterfly, which guides the pace of a meditative breath accompanied by the 528Hz tone. At the end of the one minute, BELovers are taken to the My View screen where they receive real-time statistics about how many people are breathing, and where they are geo-located across the globe, in your Soul Pod and in your selected Passion Pod.

We chose the butterfly as our mascot because it reflects the power of shift from one state of being to the other. The Morpho Butterfly, in particular, because of its striking blue color—which is not a color pigment but a crystalline structure that reflects only the blue light waves from the full spectrum of light, much like a prism.

INVITE
Share this experience by inviting up to 100 friends to your personal Soul Pod. As your Soul Pod grows, your collective breath is amplified. You’ll be able to track, and breathe with your community at the times you choose each day by customizing your breathing times. With that shared breath, we transcend all the ways we imagine we are separate.

CONNECT
Dedicate your intentional breath to a cause close to your heart by joining a Passion Pod. BELove members have the option to join one of an initial selection of five pre-defined Passion Pods—which are groups organized around specific areas of existential concern. Passion Pod members are encouraged to connect and collaborate around generating solutions to humanity’s most pressing issues. We’ve created corresponding groups on the BElovetheapp Facebook page, where people can gather to share their vision, strategies, hopes and dreams for a better world. SHIFT
Why this experience matters? Sociologists have determined it takes approximately 3.5% of a population to create a shift in consciousness for sweeping change to happen. As we become more continuously and collectively conscious in loving awareness, we are able to shift the frequency to love across the planet.
